Design Only
Similar to the beginning phases of Full Service Design, we will work with you (and your contractor/architect if construction is involved) to go over every detail of your project. Our service includes sourcing all retail furnishings, materials, fixtures, etc. needed for your construction or furniture project. We prepare space planning, elevations, lighting plans, and all the fine details including cabinetry, plumbing & tile locations. Once the Design Boards & Spec book is complete, we will send all the details and info over to you to take over the project from there!
How It Works
This service is for those who are building, renovating, or just looking for furnishings sourced and curated to your unique style and home. We design, source & document, and then you take over from there!
New Construction / Renovations:
Our Design Only service is the perfect choice for someone wanting guidance in designing your space, but has the time and knowledge to oversee the construction and place/track/receive any orders. To begin, we will have you fill out a questionnaire and schedule a call to review your project in depth. Once the Scope of Work of your project is established, we will begin the design phase! During this phase, there will be several in-person meetings to make sure we get it just right. Depending on your Scope, we may be sourcing materials and building selections, creating floor plans, drawings elevations and cabinetry designs, created design boards, 3D renderings, compiling all of the selection information into a spec book, etc. Once your designs are complete, We will hand over the complete package to you and your contractor to take over from there!
(Construction support services are available and recommended. This would then fall under the Full Service Design.)
Furnishings Only Project:
This service is the perfect choice for someone wanting guidance to refresh your space with new retail furnishings. We will create a design plan together, source retail furniture, accessories, and finishing touches or direct you in ways we think you can make the most of your space. We will provide a design board with a product list for you to shop and order yourself at your own pace!
