If you’re local to the Twin Cities area (within 30 miles of Prior Lake), we’d love to meet you face-to-face. We can assist you with anything as large-scale as a custom new construction home, to something as small as a furniture refresh (2 room minimum), helping from the very beginning to the very end.
How It Works
New Construction & Renovations:
This service involves larger scale projects (construction and/or large scale furniture projects) from the initial concept all the way through completion, we will be there every step of the way while working along side you, and all of the trades involved including your contractor & architect. We prepare space planning, elevations, lighting plans, and all the fine details including cabinetry, plumbing & tile locations. Our services include sourcing all materials, fixtures, Trade furnishings & decor, and then ordering the items after final approval. We will be meeting onsite with you, your contractor and trades through out the whole project to ensure we are all on the same page and check on quality of installs or answer any questions the trades may have along the way. We want to ensure that the project runs smoothly, as stress free as possible, and everything is perfectly installed and placed for the big final reveal!
Large Scale Furniture Projects:
If you are looking to update your furniture (minimum of 2 full rooms), we are here to help source all of the furnishings, fabrics, rugs, curtains, decor, etc., and present all the pretty details to you, place the orders through our trusted Trade Only vendors, track the products, scheduled deliveries, receive and inspect every item at our receiving warehouse for damages & defects, install all the items, and then have the big exciting reveal!
